I have over ten years experience
working for companies in the high-tech sector designing interactive
and information systems for the Web,
print, and
computer applications.
Microsoft
For Microsoft, I
recently designed "Web
Services 101" (a Flash based demo) using
interaction design, information design, and illustrations
to help communicate the benefits
of Web services to a business audience.
Also for Microsoft, I used both
information design and illustrations to create a poster entitled "XML
Web Services Using Microsoft .NET" to help programmers
understand the benefits of developing Web services using
Microsoft tools and technology.
Blink IA
For BlinkIA, an Interactive Architecture
firm in Seattle, I designed visual
standards for technical
documentation delivered to clients, such as site architectures,
user flows, and wireframes. This project included icon design
and information design. The visual standards I developed
enabled BlinkIA to better communicate with clients and enhance
client presentations.
marchFIRST
At
MarchFIRST, I was Lead Information Architect for the eeCentric project,
an Internet-based human resources application, I was responsible
for leading a team of Information Architects to develop user
scenarios, site architectures, user flows and timelines, navigational
schemes, and wireframes. |
